Wow, this looks very good. This is the first non-toxic institutional investment we have had. After a quick read of the SEC filing, there is only a 2% discount to market price and a 1% placement fee. I would say this is a great job by the CFO. And it gives us a great financial backstop until we get some positive readouts. Well done Hoffman and cydy!
