A psychiatric evaluation, isn't in my opinion necessary in the discussion of Univec, David or stakeholders. Any situation can be overly analyzed, to the point where no benefit is accomplished....
Professional settings deserve courtesy, Mr. Mrs. Miss. Dr. casual settings first names are usually used in building team work.producing key aspect of professional etiquette,
Both take place in business, board meetings. I've handled both situations. Casual is the adequate setting in my opinion for the board.
David made a statement 2 days ago, assuming it was meant in respect to his leadership of UNVC.

A statement such as this is to rally support from stakeholders, but the only thing, with a statement of this "Magnitude" the time frame is typically (5-10) years in the making.
