Everyone here is frustrated. No one’s pretending otherwise. But there’s a line between being frustrated and being disrespectful. Referring to someone you don’t personally know on a first-name basis—especially someone who has earned a professional title—is crossing that line. Some of us here hold titles as well, myself included, and there’s no way anyone who doesn’t know me personally would be addressing me by my first name. Respect isn’t optional.
We’ve all been here long enough to know what this investment means. We came in because we believed in the potential for real change—for our families, our communities, and our futures. I still believe work is being done behind the scenes, and that belief is enough for me to stay.
If you’d rather spend your time questioning, doubting, and disrespecting the same man and company that might one day change lives—including your own—that’s your choice. But energy goes where you send it, and what you put out into the universe always finds its way back.
