It keeps me hopeful when I see this. My friend ran a Fortune 500 company and when a company was in trouble he would say 'the rats are jumping ship' or 'they are scattering when the light shines on the real story'.
We don't see any of that. In fact several are putting their PhD and/or their medical careers on the line. Speaks volumes to me.
