Figure 4 Graph ESMO TNBC 2025 Poster
I posted this to another board but figured I might as well post it here. (if it works)
PS. Cant figure out how to attach the image of the graph?
I aint doing anything anyway
I have mentioned it before.
The Colored Bars that are (Outlined in Black ) are the patients who received 350mg ( 10 patients total ).
I believe, and I could have miscalculated that 3 of these patients received 700mg and 13 received 525mg, but Im not sure which ones in the graph.
The bars surrounded in green middle section are the patients who are still alive. The other 2 with green bars did not have sufficiently elevated PDL1.
It is apparent what happened to PDL1 in the 350mg group
It is also apparent that at least 9 other patients who had their PDL1 raised sufficiently could have possibly been saved if they had been lucky enough to receive an ICI.
Who knows what happened to the patients represented by the blue bars (without follow up scans). But at least 3 of them may have been effectively treated if given ICI's.
