I also like that Doc replied to the Dream Exchanges latest post as well as Posting about JHB mentioning Leadership for the future. No mention of OTC markets as well. He is once again alluding to a UNVC launch on that exchange imo. The fact that he also posted about MEMX being used by the DE last year was a great hint. Let's hope the gov shutdown is settled soon so that they can hopefully green light the new exchange by the end of November. Good DD Chiro!
