..." Dr. Sacha was at the 42nd Annual Nonhuman Primate AIDS Symposium Sept 30th to Oct 3rd and chaired a session on next-gen delivery systems.
He gave a talk on using AAV vectors to deliver a “CCR5 blocking antibody.” Anybody know of any CCR5 antibodies? He also oversaw talks on long-acting antibodies, pediatric AAV delivery, and CAR-T approaches.
It appears Drs. Helen Wu and Gabriela Webb from OHSU were there too, they’ve co authored papers with Sacha on leronlimab"...

A reply from BGS stated:
That program looks like 3 separate presentations about leronlimab with people from OHSU.
"AAV delivery of antibody-mediated CCR5 blockade for HIV treatment", Jonah Sacha
"AAV-delivery of anti-CCR5 blocking antibody for pediatric HIV prevention", Gabriela Webb
"Ultra-high concentration microparticle formulation of LS-variant anti-CCR5 monoclonal antibody provides protection against intrarectal SHIV acquisition in rhesus macaques", Helen Wu"
I looked up the 2nd presentation but it appeared it might have been from an already published abstract. Not positive though
A search for the title of the 3rd presentation brought up the poster. And that was really the one I was looking for due to the Long Acting Leronlimab implications.
I didnt search for the first presentation mentioned.
There are a couple additional links etc. in the original post at Livimmune link
Thanks!
