UNVC has been one big whirlwind the past several years, going in no specific direction, couple years ago David posted, "Last piece needed completed," now it's more steps taking place.
At some point I'd think David would Launch, then let the next steps come in as the company grew.
All it takes is one, Let's talk a little about reverse mergers, I haven't been in UNVC nearly as long as many here.
I haven't been able to find much information ,why the Reverse Merger never got completed between Wellness RX Inc. (Company ID Number--D15726128) and Univec Inc, in 2017- 2018 which Wellness RX Inc was to be the new company.
What I was able to find, my understanding was David, allegedly the founder and president of Wellness RX Inc-- which was to be the private purchaser of Univec shares which would lead to Wellness being able to list shares on the New York Stock Exchange.
This was all in relation to CBD Transdermal Patches, as several other private-label and branded products.
They were a couple other companies involved in distribution E.T.C.
This could have been a tremendous win for shareholders.
Better informed helps on whether to "Believe or Leave"
Lamont Ellis is listed in the filings as the Founder, Lauren Herron was the director/officer.
