I think many of us massively overestimate how know

I'd pull my family member out of the trial if I found out they could benefit from adding the ICI that didn't work before. But would I even know? I don't think Jay has made public his plans for announcing this data to anyone. I'd hope he's planning on tracking it roughly in real time and sharing those results with potential partners as they become available. But maybe they decided to look only every other week starting 30 days from the first dose? Maybe they are choosing to look daily, or weekly, or once a month. But looking and tracking for business purposes doesn't automatically mean they plan to share it with us publicly.
Another thing I keep seeing are posts from people (mainly on other boards not this one as much) where they say because it's open label we should know things as the trial unfolds. We being the investors and general public.
While it is possible for the company to announce things, like trial enrollment progress for instance, I highly doubt they will tell us much else. First, the data is going to be helping to drive the next stage of the company with a crucial partnership, so while I'd imagine they'll have loose lips when it comes to the ICI companies, and god I hope they do, they'll probably remain tight lipped with us. Second, the data from trials is traditionally analyzed and scrubbed and indexed for months before companies share the results. They need to be absolutely sure of what they're about to present to the world. I doubt they'll start shooting from the hip partway through the trial for the benefit of shareholders.
I do, however, expect that there will be announcements of DSMB meetings and their recommendations. I think there's a decent chance we hear along the way that they're seeing good signs and are happy with the trajectory of the trial. For sure enrollment updates should come. But I think they'll be saving the actual numbers for potential partners in closed door meetings we find out about later.
It's exciting times. I don't know how many patients these potential partners are going to want to see before they get very serious about locking up LL for themselves, but I feel confident in predicting that it isn't going to take the full crc trial results to pull that trigger.
