but do you not agree with me , that one should never withhold treatment from the very sick.
Treatment should be given always as soon we know it is needed.
This is why I don't say start ICI from the beginning , that will be also wrong.
Start patients on SOC and LL , but when we elevate in some patients PD-L1 , ICI should not be withhold for a year , but given asap.
This is my very strong medical opinion.
