Casandra X , there are many variable , starting how advance is a cancer.
We know how treatment should run.
We adding LL to other treatment , checking blood test every cycle , 21 days.
If we see elevated PD-L1 we adding ICIs .
If we withhold the treatment as in our CD12 with 2 doses , the very sick die..
