As you said, this all boils down to using our best, most recent information on how LL works to design a trial that both saves lives and demonstrates our cancer fighting efficacy.
The trial design MUST be amended ASAP to accomplish both goals, and the FDA must be flexible enough to alter their thinking and approve the change!
