Brentie , this sound wonderful , we will elevate patients PD-L1 , give them ICI and save their lives.
It is that simple..
I want nothing else.
But as our trial is design now , we will try to give to these very sick patients , with already compromised immune system , 700 mg of LL so we have a better chance to elevate PD-L1.
But we know PD-L1 is blocking immune system , and preventing immune system from attacking cancer.
And we will give them ICI in one year.
Most of this patients don't have one year..
It is really not a complicated idea.
Treat these patients when they need to be treated..
All imo.
