Anything in a landfill probably has some moisture in it. So what. Didn't you show Industrial drying equipment? Obviously, other businesses that use plastic deal with the same issue. Would this be part of what JBII is using the Harris Group for?
Even the wet plastic that JBII had at their recycling center, some used in error, didn't stay wet forever. They found a solution, for the short and long term.
