I get why people are frustrated. We’ve all been

As for selling back when it hit 16 cents, most of us didn’t because we were told this would reach dollars, not pennies. Selling then would’ve gone against everything we were led to believe. Hindsight makes it look easy, but at the time, the goal was clear: multi-dollar range.
Right now, there’s still no paperwork or public proof tying all the private progress we’ve heard about directly to UNVC. What we’ve had are words. Some of us think Doc may have built everything privately first, tested it, and plans to merge it all into UNVC later — that would explain the silence.
The likelihood of that being true is fairly high when you look at his history. Dr. Dalton has owned and led several private companies that were ranked for years in Black Enterprise’s Top 100 list. That’s documented. You don’t get that kind of recognition if your company isn’t real. So, there’s solid evidence that he’s run legitimate operations before, and that gives weight to the idea he’s been quietly putting the pieces together again behind the scenes.
Still, it’s fair to say we’re basing our belief on his words and his reputation, not on fresh filings. It’s a risk, no question. But it’s not blind faith — it’s trust built on a proven record. Until we see official documentation or a clear statement, I’m holding my position, staying patient, and waiting for real follow-through.
