People keep repeating the same thing about OTC rules as if that explains everything. It doesn’t. Every OTC company, no matter the tier, still has a responsibility to communicate truthfully and update shareholders on material progress. That’s not an SEC issue — that’s basic corporate integrity.
The idea that “no one can know anything” is misleading. Share changes, filings, and verified updates can be confirmed through OTC disclosures. What we don’t need is someone pretending that silence or uncertainty equals reality.
If a company says, “Watch, it’s time,” then the fair expectation is near-term proof — not lectures about reporting loopholes. Let’s stop hiding behind technicalities and focus on the real question: will leadership finally back up the words with visible action?
