FACT, it's always good to look at the rules and regulations for OTC Pink Alternative Reporting Companies, which UNVC is.
OTC Markets itself does not require specific CEO share sale reporting, the SEC does, but UNVC isn't SEC Reporting.
OTC does does mandate that the company publish material information, including any changes in outstanding shares.
FACT NO ONE CAN SAY DAVID HAS OR HASN'T SOLD/BOUGHT ANY SHARES.
