Disagree on Cytodyn needs to sell a % of itself to an ICI mfgr. What would ICI mfgr bring to Cytodyn's board room ? What knowledge ?, etc...
It's ICI's who have an almost zero success rate.
Upon Leronlimab proving "any ICI", thinking it would serve ICI's & Cytodyn better, if ICI formed a US based ICI consortium, & funded a world-wide build out.
Vs pumping 100's of X amount directly into Cytodyn.
Some cash upfront, sure....
Combining the best from each ICI's Management /sales/ marketing/ distribution/ legal...etc
Creating centralized regulatory, government activities....just all things through one newly formed ICI entity.
Best for Cytodyn/ ICI mfgr's for many reasons
Because LL is the 85% to their 15%, Cytodyn / LL remain independent.
Cytodyn receives quarterly royalty payments from the ICI consortium by the 15th of the 4th month.
