I believe the company is in discussions with a partner, likely Merck for cancer. Maybe Bristol-Myers Squibb for HIV. 500+175,000,000 nearly 1/3, seems reasonable but obviously just conjecture. And at what price?
I’d be happy with Bristol Meyer owning 1/3 for HIV, Merck 1/3 for cancer. Cytodyn receiving an agreed upon percentage of profits. Cytodyn could still hold or license all other conditions.
