1. Thank Stephen Simes for his time on the BOD and replace him. 40 years in biotech leadership and No Successful Drug mentioned in his bio? From my personal observations and experience, including investments with RestorGenex/Diffusion-DFFN (so many shots on goal!), 40 years lets you buy more than one home while keeping the company's burn rate in line with the other high risk non-revenue biotechs. Concern for shareholders? Haha, good one.
2. Thank Tanya Urbach for her time on the BOD and let her devote all of her time to her Family Office duties."
That is an excellent constructive recommendation, since these are two, of the three, seats on the Compensation Committee. You know, the ones who, last year, issued warrants to the executive suite, that were in the money. Not much of an incentive to increase the stock value, when just a few cents can make them millionaires. This year, even though none of the goals were met, they have decided to pay Dr Jay, and Tyler Block five figure bonuses, because they worked hard. The Compensation Committee has proven that they are not concerned with poor optics, and poor ethics, with regards to how they reward poor performance. Yes, I agree, we should thank them, them send them on their way.
