Of equal importance to me was that I never got any sense from 13D that they gave a damn about what would happen to shareholder should they take over.
Maybe they could manage the company as well or better but I always got the sense that they would have attempted to throw the existing shareholders overboard. I've seen that way too many times with penny stock companies. Bad management was preferable to losing my whole investment!
