I think I understand where you are coming from. I would add that I have an adult lifetime of experience is sales and marketing and 30 years experience working directly with very large US Federal agencies like, but not including, the FDA, trying to prove to those agencies through data and persuasion that they should adopt and adapt to new products and proceedures. I can tell you that few if any agency empolyees ever lost their job, or pension, by following agency proceedures conservatively. I can also tell you that a good personal relationship with the key agency personnel can be critical. As we have clearly seen when that relationship becomes strained it is really difficult to make progress. Over arguing an issue, even when your cause is just, can work against you. Your best move is to take as much ground as you reasonably can and then play the cards you are given as best you can. It is my *guess* that is what is taking place with the ICI and 350mg issues.I hate both positions as they curreently stand. The best move is to clean up the relationship as best as possible and show data that is indisputable in accordance with the circumstances you've been delt and move forward as rapidly as you are allowed.
You can argue all you want about the fairness of the situation and what should be, but in the end you still have to deal with reality. It's not that the agency has the best hand, it's that they have the whole damn deck. Of course I am just guessing about the current relationship between CYDY and the FDA, but it seems a resonable possibility based on my understanding. I would also guess that Dr. J has a personality that would benefit such a situation. My view, of course, is from the outside, but so is everyone elses.
