My reply stated that this language does not cover partnership. A partnership is not a merger, consolidation, or acquisition. That language covers two entities becoming one through a variety of means. If we had a partner, we’d remain two separate companies.
Why doesn’t that language specifically mention “partnership(s)”…? Exactly.
