Part of the reason may be that Jay wanted to make sure that the first five patients on 350 mg were filled as quickly as possible and so he did that at quest. Then the next group of five at 350 mg and 10 at 700 mg could be filled at the other sites. And hopefully that rate is moving quickly. And by having these patients filled at quest, he made sure there would be no mistakes in recruiting or meeting the study criteria, etc. I don’t know, but that’s just a guess.
