Evil, your previous post and mine were not about the DSMB and safety. You were saying that 350 should work to raise the PD-L1 level because of the stat in the newsletter -- that 16 of 21 (the total patients) had raised PD-L1. I pointed out that 15 of 17 in the 525 mg or greater group had elevated PD-L1, so that the total revealed that only 1 out of 4 of the 350 group had a good PD-L1 response.
16 minus 15 is 1 and 21 minus 17 is 4. So the 350 group had a 25 percent response.
Not about DSMB.
Jake and Plotinus, you guys maybe didn't notice this post or read it correctly either. No, 350 is not adequate to provide efficacy.
The good news is that the DSMB will eventually notice and switch everyone to the 700 group, surely.
