(OTCQB: RMXI) demonstrated its VAST™ (Video Adaptive Systems Technology) platform at Tough Stump Rodeo 2025 in Alder, Montana (held June 2–6), a field event that tests communications equipment in rugged, real-world conditions. VAST™ is a software, standards-based video encoder that keeps the edge-to-core data flow intact so video quality and utility are preserved for human operators and AI systems, even under weak networks and constrained bandwidth.
RMX field results:
Five simultaneous HD video streams (from drones and ground cameras, UAS/ISR/Recce) over a single L-band MANET at roughly 350–500 kbps per stream.
Long-distance relay to the operations center: live drone video streams over a 1.25 MHz, multi-hop, beyond-line-of-sight (BLOS) TrellisWare MANET to support search-and-rescue (SAR) coordination.
This means RMX streams HD video over radio networks while other solutions rely on satellite connectivity. We believe this puts RMX in a differentiated position to deliver real-time video when satellite is unavailable, congested, or cost prohibitive.
