We are now using a credible CRO rather than the bargain basement Amarex which will cost a bit more. A phase 3 mssCRC trial should be reasonably sized and reasonably priced. With the follow on study supporting the use of PD-L1 inhibitors that will certainly be included in any phase 3. With the combination of leronlimab and PD-L1 inhibitors even a 100 patient study should blow past any previously used combination of drugs.
