In essence, when it comes to funding trials and operations, and going it alone for awhile until you can make the deal you want (not the one forced on you), you always need another arrow in your quiver. This is from Upwithstock at Reddit, and I agree:
"One thing is for sure: Authorizing more shares is NOT DILUTIVE in and of itself. They have to be registered shares to be dilutive. Heck, the 187M unreserved shares are not dilutive until they get issued to someone in the S3, and that might not even happen. You always need ammo as back up no matter what. You do not wait to run out of bullets before you request to have more ammo. Not a good strategy."
And I agree with Dr J, the management team, and their current strategy.
