Hello, this is my very first post on this board. I have been following this board for about 4 years now. I'm impressed in the understanding of the science behind this molecule. Great stuff.
I have been a shareholder during that period, navigating the NP days and the Amarex event.
The recent release regarding a share increase shows me that there is likely not a BP partnership in the near future. Further dilution is never a good thing unless it results in a concrete outcome that will further the company's journey towards its ultimate goals.
Management is asking us to authorize the dilution of our holdings. Okay, to what end? We need to hold management to a standard of communication. That includes a detailed plan of what the fundraising will specifically do. Give us your goal, we'll give you control.
