Perhaps we should ask ourselves, have any of the company’s recent prospects changed? Has the data changed or showed something different that would make us change our minds? In my mind, the answer is no.

Prospects in our company’s trials are the same, so nothing has changed. The company previously said they might increase share count and raise additional funds, so I’m not surprised, especially in the face of unrelenting market manipulators suppressing the stock price (there are many charts clearly showing this ad nauseam).

So, if the licensing-partnership-or buyout offers fielded so far, if any, have been inadequate, this is a logical move to show that we will go it alone if need be and a sign to the low-ballers that if you wait much longer, the price for licensing, partnership etc goes much much higher.

I personally hate increased share counts and the eventual dilution it represents, but I have seen much worse dilutions. And I think it is the right move right now.

The one thing I have learned in the stock market is if you believe in the science and technology, and management, don’t abandon ship.

Some of you know, I did that once on a substantial stock position that was the Apple of my eye (hint), right when it was in the home stretch (can you say iPhone 01) and it was the costliest financial mistake I’ve made. I held them from 1997 to around 2007 and then moved on to other investments.

If you think the science is sound and the data thus far supports that, hang in there.

Keep on keeping on and staying long
