Sorry for my over-sight in not locating any documentation or of the filings where David gave up 100% of I assume a private company to receive 55.6% of UNVC. I haven't seen any type of documentation that he obtained the shares for anything other than $11,000.00 in accrued employee benefits.
#2 The new issuance of 1.1 billion shares June 11th 2021 at 1/6,000 of the market value at time of issuance, in my opinion qualify's as a potential windfall for David, which raised the Outstanding share count from 1,179,023,522 to 2,279,023,522.
I agree to your statement that UNVC currently has nothing inside for other entity's to want to partnership with UNVC.
