Cousin Update--here is the story from start to end.
1. I made them aware of LL
2. I made contact with CytoDyn and the CEO got right back to me with in 24 hours!!!
3. I sent off all of the info on LL and the CYDY contact information to my cousin
4. My cousin talked to their Oncologist and nurse about eIND with LL
5. Someone told them they COULD NOT be on hospice and try the LL thru eIND. They would have had to drop hospice care to give LL a try and that was something they just did not want to risk or do. He is too weak to try a treatment it sounds like.
6. I tried to tell them that they should contact CYDY directly to get all of the accurate and truthful facts about going the eIND route. but sadly, they just didn't want to do it as it was a bit too much to do at this point.
7. It sounds really bad right now-and the end is closer each and everyday with nothing to do or try.
This sounds like this happens more times than not. The moral of the story--try your darndest to get anyone you know to try LL--regardless of what the medical people in their life tell them. It seems as though there is just so much mis-information and LL was there for the taking but the start just couldn't take place.
