The 1.1 billion shares he obtained in 2021, which could imply unpaid salaries, bonuses, or other compensation owed David, they will be scrutinized by the SEC regulatory board, they are highly sensitive due to the CEO’s dual role. if he can't prove that the valuation of merger would benefit UNVC share holders over him, it want in my opinion get approved.
He obtained them for $0.00001 per share when UNVC was trading at $0.058 to $0.062.
It gave him majority ownership/total control of UNVC, 55.6%
If anything comes to fruition, I believe it will be some type of partnership, be it with one of his private companies or some other entity.
This avoids a lot of the scrutiny from the SEC, I do believe in his last post on LinkedIn that he stated, the next big move was forging key partnerships.
