I would have said 'no', but Steve did say 'later this week', so there is a good chance it comes out today. Could be any time, but he does have until the 15th, technically.
I would be good if he would start using words like 'attempt, probability, probably, targeting, etc.' so what he says isn't hard and fast -- and disappointing when it doesn't happen, even though there is a good reason for it.
For example, 'We are targeting the release of the 10-K this week, but we technically have until April 15 to submit. With the addition of Punch TV, we have many more 'I's to dot and 'T's to cross. We are attempting to get it out as soon as possible, however, we want to make sure everything is complete and accurate. We will do the best we can to get it out as soon as possible." See? There is communication, without a hard and fast expectation!
