What broker in their right mind would allow it?
Also, I happen to be in the camp that believes shorting should be illegal...

Scale: For Chinese companies to truly “bypass” tariffs via SNPW, SNPW would need actual U.S. facilities and significant throughput — something not seen in their filings or press so far.
