I just checked emails. It was originally at 1:30. EDT per the email on 9/4. The 9/28 email moved it to 9:00 am EDT.
HCW is located in NYC so they should be on eastern time, but maybe CYDY didn’t know this?
Either way 45 minutes past the posted time and nothing from the company is inexcusable. Somebody just doesn’t give a crap.
