Thank you for the attention and the very detailed assessment. If I read your post correctly, your assessment is based on at least one of his private companies is merged with UNVC.
As they are private companies, very little details is available, if you access the state records they are formed in, they're no yearly taxes paid, nor is any office equipment or furniture listed.
In my opinion unless a merger takes place, we have no knowledge of valuation of the companies.
