No offense but this is a completely garbage take. The ship was sinking in 2021 or 2022 when the 13D tried to take over but we're still in business 3-4 years later and it's a miracle? We survived a 2-year clinical hold and two new CEOs, so whoever had you thinking that the lights were about to get shut off was obviously way off base.
Nader wasn't the guy, that's for sure, but there was no assurance that the 13D group wasn't going to waste money on buying Bruce's company, which if I recall correctly was why he went sour on us, because we weren't willing to buy it. The way it looked, at least from the conversation back then, was the 13D group was going to buy Bruce's company, making him a ton of money, then take us private probably through reverse splitting and tanking our value. They never put out a detailed plan that contradicted that, just a very vague plan about going after the "low hanging fruit".
Maybe that wasn't their plan but if not, they didn't do a good job of conveying a specific plan.
