Well...
The old plan was WWIII would be lost by the US and then the US would be turned over to the UN and citizens would be disarmed.
Sadly however, we do have to many criminals that are armed.
I do believe Trump is fixing to fix that part. Venezuela might now unleash its hoards on the cities in the US.
