IMHO, boxed into a scam with fiduciary requirement issues

IMHO, that would be the only reason for going dark. Sh#t was going south fast and starting to accelerate as of July 2022! Everything had to go totally dark in April 2024 (when the filings conveniently stopped and SolRay plot was in full gear.....LOL). Kazi and Three were posting "behind the scenes" posts, during that period, that everyone can now see alot of what was going on behind the curtain. IMHO, unless these solar-related company partners were born yesterday, they're just exposing themselves when the house of cards falls apart. Why? Because there is so much scrutiny when you look at the most recent partner, not only with Sun Pacific Power, but, also SolRay. Same pattern when it comes to companies supposedly partnering with Sun Pacific Holding (self-admitted shell company) as with SolRay, both having the same ceo. My buddy, Three, took a deep dive into B.O.M. Energy (SolRay's newest named and published partner), after looked closely at the overnight country of Georgia free industrial zone evolution with newly formed GSolar (aka Geo Solar Technologies) which hi-jacked GEP's former's URL. So GEP New Energy Vietnam now has a new name and new URL, now referred to as GEP Solar on its Sun Group parent company website. LOL IMHO, that would seem to be a lot of overnight backroom planning to try and skirt tariffs and U.S. import/export laws. Did the various partner companies collude when these plans were being put into place? Changing manufacturing locations, changing URLs, changing website content and playing magical chairs with solar panel products (certified or non-certified). IMHO, SolRay is heading down a very slippery slope when looking at its inception date and Snpw consolidate financials, including 24 months of Snpw consolidated expenses. It will all come out in the wash. If a public company is basically, a non-operating shell, with clear evidence, showing the same public company's ceo has started a competing company (aka SolRay) before naming and publishing himself as the ceo of said competing solar panel company (without public disclosure for 21 months). Snpw, a self-admitted SHELL company, despite ceo's tweets about doing foreign import sales business, having a non-disclosed solar panel partner in India, proven with India solar power company's website Sun Pacific Power "USA Partner and "flagship U.S. company" content, (since removed).

Then consider this..... ALL (above non-disclosed material events) took place before (Nov. 2023) the famous January 2024 Sun Pacific Power (supposedly) South Carolina site visit for which the ceo used as a "tortious interference" excuse for going dark. Then sprinkle on top the 24 months of ZERO snpw (all entities) SALES and REVENUE.

And this autistic cat, was threatening message board posters with police reports and subpoenas, like a clown on social media, for months after the cat was out of the bag. Let's face it, just A WHAT "IF", some actual SEC investigation ("IF" IT OCCURRED), think about about how many partners named (in company paid-for press releases/tweets/website) relating to (just to name a few) "solar farms, solar product manufacturing, property purchase agreements, and those millions hundreds of millions of $'s projected, tied to LOIs, supposedly signed, and those Mystery Nano solar panels (wow!), and those 2021 Medmaster Trucks hyped up and pumped with fake cut & paste drawings, and those ridiculous 2018 Crypto mining facilities published on social media, including the blockchain hashtag bullsh#t, and that famous Invictus Grade A insurance rating while referencing Lloyd's of London and those 2017 mind-boggling 8 world wide Sun Pacific Power manufacturing facilities, partners across all of the above-mentioned promoted failed (never even started) highly promoted projects (resulting in various stock price pumps). That's a pretty big pond to dredge. Probably at least a 3-5 year job for the white glove guys and gals that won't happen.

The above content is not meant to bash the company. It includes opinions, facts, surrounding a public company's failed business in all areas (see filings) and a "what if" scenario that could or not could not happen.

My opinions
