To me it suggests that he has prepared the company for that next step to be imminent, likely with a high chance of success.

Post (87531) jrto3's was accurate in my opinion of how David has handled things so for, for reasons we don't know.
Only now with his quote of "POISED" (TO MAKE WAVES) he's giving investors the assumptions/hope UNVC has the necessary resources, strategy, and market conditions ready to move forward.
The statement could easily open the door for David to have some legal trouble, Under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5
If it turns out to be misleading, or is part of a pattern of promotional activity designed to inflate UNVC’s stock price without delivering results. this I personally don't think David wants this.
Also didn't UNVC partner 3 or 4 years ago with EagleForce Health, to develop a telehealth platform, which included the myVax app,???
