Keep in mind that there isn't a time frame for any type of merger/roll up of any company into Univec, the door is open for "YEARS"
If you get technical Univec isn't a "Conglomerate" all it is a word, but it could be used for or against David, according to how it would be interrupted if any deals are in process or already made.
