Re: Chanel5 #8592
Shout out to Chanel 5 - Pet insurance - thar's gold in them thar hills ... Having RecoveryRx Pet reimbursed by pet insurance is a game changer. IMO, one of many to come. Thanks for the education. Now, on to our regularly scheduled programme ...

I put this inquiry into the DuckDuckGo search engine: “Do employees need permission to join another Board of Directors?” I did this to shed some light on the appointment of Dr. Sree Koneru to the Board of Directors for BIEL.
Quote:
Yes, employees typically need to check their company's bylaws or governing documents to see if there are any restrictions on serving on another board of directors. Additionally, they should disclose any potential conflicts of interest and may need permission from their current employer.

Permission for Employees to Join Another Board - Company Policies
** Employees typically need to check their company's bylaws or employee handbook.
** Many organizations have specific policies regarding outside board memberships.
** Employees may need to obtain approval from their current employer before joining another board.

Conflict of Interest
** Employees must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
** If the new board's activities could conflict with their current job, this must be addressed.
** Transparency is crucial to avoid legal or ethical issues.

Time Commitment
** Serving on another board requires a significant time commitment.
** Employees should consider how this will affect their current job responsibilities.
** Balancing both roles is essential to maintain performance in their primary job.

Let’s cut to the chase: In all likelihood, Viant was well aware of Dr. Sree Koneru being asked/assigned to the Board of BIEL. Him moving to Viant Medical was no accident. And neither was him joining the BIEL Board. This move to Viant and his move back to BIEL as a Board member was planned out well in advance at the highest level. There are no accidents or coincidences. At BIEL, he began as the Director of Engineering Research and later become Vice President, Product Development. There is nobody that understands the technology of PEMF better than Dr. Koneru. Viant ran the numbers. They understand the opportunity.

Sree Koneru is currently a Director, Program Management at Viant Medical based in Foxborough, MA after coming on as a Sr. Program Mgr., After studying the above answer it is highly improbable for Dr. Koneru to do this on his own. There’s not an ‘ice-cubes-chance-in-hell’ he would jeopardize his employment to go sit on a company’s board for 'shits & giggles' w/o consulting his employer. His returning is a very loud 'dog whistle'.

One poster (on i-shrub) wrote, “all signs point to the company shutting down” as a silly counterpoint to 3331 posting “all signs point to Viant”; with which I fully concur. It is completely and utterly ridiculous for Viant Medical to allow a << Director, Program Management >> to join the Board of Directors of a company on the verge of bankruptcy and/or collapse. 3331’s contention that the partnership of Viant Medical & BIEL is an explosion waiting to happen is ‘spot on’. Add into the mix VLMS and the article posted by Hawk05, https://www.nature.com/articles/s41746-025-01462-z, and it is easy to put this together. The article and the many posts from 3331 demonstrates clearly the use of SMART tech and AI tech is real and possible. Re-assess this post from Biellionaire:

Quote:
BioElectronics Corp. × Medtronic × Viant × VLMS Healthcare Corp.
A Consortium for Intelligent Electrotherapy

Vision - Transforming wearable pain therapy into adaptive, AI-powered recovery platforms—with global impact.

Strategic Collaboration
* BioElectronics Corp. Pioneers of cost-efficient wearable electrotherapy for pain and rehabilitation. Ready for smart evolution through AI.
* Medtronic Global medtech leader with AI-infused devices, predictive health systems, and distribution in 150+ countries.
* Viant Premier device manufacturer with a track record in scalable production, miniaturization, and regulatory excellence. Capable of rapidly industrializing AI-enhanced wearables.
* VLMS Healthcare Corp. Innovators in multimodal healthcare AI, combining vision and language systems to interpret medical images and clinical notes in tandem. Designed to power intelligent diagnostics and personalized treatment platforms

We, the BIEL longs, have no proof that any of this will come to fruition. We do have proof RecoveryRx is being distributed thru the VA. I would bet 'dollars-to-doughnuts' we have a commercial agreement w/ Viant Medical. There is also a former BIEL VP, Keith Nalepka, who is now the President of VLMS who just happens to specialize in medical coding for insurance programs. I wonder what's happening there ???

We are anticipating an announcement in the pet/vet market which would be a really good way to get this party started. And what about a US replacement for domestic distribution? On the heels of the pet/vet PR, that would definitely propel the share price. After that, let's see what happens. 3331 ain't whistling dixie, folks, he is making observations and outlining business plans bordering on Prescience.

"Sic parvis magna" - Greatness from small beginnings

All the best, WBeacham
