Which likely precluded the company from pursuing key programs within their stated space with far less risk. And likely a significant contributing factor why they are broke today.
If there was a market for pyrolysis, why didn’t they pursue beyond R.I.? Instead the narrative continues to be the new law blah blah blah. There are 49 other states to pursue. But capital limited - right.
