, healthcare technology platform, announced today that via open market transactions: (1) Sam Adetunji, CEO, completed the purchase of an additional 6,000 shares of VRHI stock at an average price per share of $0.98; and (2) Danny Wilson, Director, completed the purchase of an additional 1,953 shares of VRHI stock at an average price per share of $0.9387 per share, for a combined total of: 7,953 shares. With these purchases, Mr. Adetunji beneficially owns 7,643,385 shares and Mr. Wilson beneficially owns: 491,876 shares of VRHI stock.
