So what happens to the S3 shares? I don't hones

I don't honestly know, and I suspect very few others do either.
In the vid that we just saw, Dr. Jay told us that Cytodyn would now have to take the responsibility to prove that Leron's MOA in fighting cancer (especially the cold-to-hot transformation via PD-L1 expression) is accurate -- he used the word prospectively, i.e., not retrospectively. So somehow I don't see a buyout in his plans. He wants Cytodyn itself to prove this, apparently, not whomever buys us.
By the same token, he seems confident enough in the future that he isn't concerned WHETHER he can do the trials, and thus offer that proof. This makes me think that a partnership is involved, something where someone else puts up enough bucks so we can do the testing, prove that the game-changer is real, and then (I guess) hand off the baton.
That still doesn't tell us what happens to the S3. If a partnership is announced, the sp will go up enough so that CYDY can sell some of those shares for the $100 million he describes. Or maybe another company buys in to the company by buying those shares, as many think.
I don't know, but I'm excited to see.
