It been quite a ride the last 2 years.

We are under contract for a property in Elba AL,obtain an insurance wrap, working with Alabama to secure tax free bonds to fund ELBA location, and getting close to closing on a 50 million dollar loan.
We are looking for certain individuals that we believe caused Tortuous Interference.
True or not who really knows,but, what came next does give the claim some validity
The Loan never closed, Elba was lost and Alabama was abandoned..
The company then PR an undisclosed site visit , which was believed to be the Former Wix Plant in SC which was being offered by realtor Don Moss.
According to the company, certain individual took it upon them self to contact the realtor Moss and made false accusations against the company and its CEO and also threaten legal action against the realtor if he did not cooperate.

If the about has a hint of being true and certain individuals actions caused the damage it appears it caused the company, then one could at least understand why the company started Solray Inc on the QT and is proceeding in radio silence.
What ever ends up happening it been a very entertaining soap opera ride..
