I have read in our patent applications & patents, 13 to 38 weeks for Leronlimab to fully occupy CCR5 receptors. Of course each under different conditions.
In comparison to what have read, with mTNBC having shown significant upregulated in 30 - 90 days, that is medically super quick. No surprise too given the total package Leronlimab brings to bear on the mTNBC tumor environment.
Including a single LL dose doubled the mOS in CRC poster.
CRC trial will be phenomenal..
Very good odds of early stoppage.
