This is and has always been a "shell" play as currently UNVC is in reality a "shell".
If doc releases an 8K and/or a PR after hours or before the market opens in the morning - there should be a huge "gap up" based on the new valuation and that UNVC will no longer be a shell.
No shares will be available at .003 in my opinion
Exactly at what price shares will be available is dependent on the 8K and/or PR.
It is possible for UNVC to open at .25, .50, $1 or higher
This is how I understand what an 8K and/or PR will do as UNVC will then no longer be a "shell"
