I would also like to Highlight the fact that the Bashers unwittingly screwed themselves by posting a letter, which proves that JBI and JB personally are Current and Punctual AND SERIOUS with their responsibilities under the law. They FOLLOW THE REQUIREMENTS OF THEIR PERMITS TO THE LETTER and they are responsible. Proof in front of their own face that JBI files a "Yearly Report" with the DEC.
